Coolidge Supports the Red Cross

Red Cross representative, Janet Whitton Moffet, pins a medal on President Calvin Coolidge for his support of the organization’s efforts in 1926. Miss Moffet was also an amateur aviatrix and the daughter of Admiral William A. Moffet, known as the “Father of Naval Aviation.”
